Swapping a chandelier for a new one in the same spot. Standard sizes on a normal ceiling get a price straight away; larger or more elaborate fixtures we'll look at first.

Adding LED strip or puck lighting underneath your kitchen (or other) cabinets, wired in rather than battery-powered.
